PAYMENT:
We except Visa, MasterCard, money order, or personal check and now if you have a PayPal account you can pay through that for even more convenience.
When you place your order, if you are paying by Visa or MasterCard, your card will be credited immediately. If for some reason there is a refund due to you then the refund will be credited back to your credit card, if you paid by check or money order your refund will come back to you by mail in the form of a check. On the E-Bay store, http://stores.ebay.com/hartsleatherandlace you must pay by PayPal (this is E-Bay's policy not Hart's Leather and Lace)
If paying by personal check or money order print and fill out our order form, www.hartsleatherandlace.com/form.html. If your check or money order is not received within 7 days your order will be canceled, when ordering through the store. No merchandise will be ordered or sent in until check or money order is received and cashed. Send the form and your check, money order or cashier's check to Hart's Leather and Lace, 442 Hunt Valley Dr., Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068.
We now do international orders. All monies must be in U.S. Dollars. On every order will be added shipping and handling charges. PLEASE READ ALL OUR POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING. YOU CAN ALSO FIND OUR POLICIES IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SECTION OF THE STOREFRONT.
Nothing will be ordered or shipped until payment is received, this is for ALL orders.
SHIPPING:
We will not ship any order until payment is made. If you order from the store and the item doesn't say in-stock item. please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery . In-stock items are marked in-stock item in the description area of the listing. If you order in-stock items, these items will be sent out in 2 to 3 days after payment is received. If you have an order with in-stock items and non-in-stock items, the in-stock items will be held until we receive the other items and sent altogether. If you are returning an item you are responsible for the all shipping charge.
We do ship all over the world please check the shipping to make sure that you have the right shipping cost for your area. If you don't have the correct shipping cost we will not ship. For international orders please allow one or two weeks after the order has been shipped for the order to go through customs. Thank you.

We are selling limited items on E-Bay and we do have an E-Bay store http://stores.ebay.com/hartsleatherandlace. E-Bay items are all in-stock items. In-stock items are clearly marked in the store in the description section through-out the categories. So if you need something in a hurry check to see if we have it in stock. If it does not say "In-Stock Item" in the description this item must be ordered in and will take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Due of the nature of these products we do not except returns of any type, lingerie only. All merchandise is inspected before it is sent to you for any defects. If there is a manufacturer's defect that was missed on inspection PLEASE CALL OR E-MAIL BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK. If this item can be replaced I will order it immediately when you call or e-mail. If the item can not be replaced a refund will be issued when the package is received. Returned items must be in the original packaging with tag attached. If you cancel an order please do it within 24 hours after ordering or there will be a 25% restocking charge.
Every attempt will be made to fill your orders but sometimes the manufacturer will have items discontinued or on back order. In the event that we can not get your item a full refund will be issued and you will be notified immediately. Also, we will try to write you an e-mail every week telling you where in the order process your order is. Thank you so much for your patience and your orders.
